We start at 8:00 in the morning
We’re getting married on November 22, 2026 in Bangkok, and we’d love everyone to celebrate the day with us.
It’s a morning wedding at Sol House Bangkok in Ladprao, near Jam’s family. Tea is poured at 9:09, the vows are at 11:38, lunch follows, and the whole celebration fits inside one bright morning. If you’ve been waiting for a reason to visit this side of the world, let this be it :)
Your RSVP lives on the personal link we sent you. Everything else is right here.
The schedule
How the morning will unfold
Welcome & refreshments
Coffee, tea, and a light breakfast will be waiting while everyone arrives and settles in.
9:09
Tea ceremony
We will serve tea to the elders of both families, receive their blessings, and honor the Chinese and Thai traditions shared by our families. Everyone is warmly invited to join us, and seating will be provided for all guests.
Photos & mingling
Wander, relax, mingle, and join us for photos. There’s also a photo booth where you can take your own and print them to take home.
11:38
The vows
Thai weddings choose auspicious minutes for the moments that matter, which is why tea is poured at 9:09 and the vows begin at 11:38. Please be in your seats by 11:30.
Reception
Lunch, toasts, and two unhurried hours together. The celebration ends at 2:00 PM.
What to wear
We’re asking everyone to dress formally—think suits and lightweight dresses—since there will be a lot of photos. Everything is indoors, so you won’t be out in the heat. These are the wedding’s colors:
You don’t need to match them exactly.
Late November is Bangkok’s gentlest weather — mornings around 24°C/75°F, reaching 32°C/89°F at midday.
The two of us
We met in Vancouver on Christmas Eve, 2019
Six years and two cities later, we’re getting married. These photographs were taken in Vancouver, where everything began, and in a lupine field an hour outside Seattle, where we live now.

Peace Arch Park, 2021
The Canada–US border was closed in 2021. Jam was in Vancouver, Tony was in Seattle, and the park sits on the line between them, so we went eight times between May and July. Later that year Tony moved to Vancouver.

May. We brought a tent. So did everyone else.
A week later, same tent.
June. Tony was deep in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure at the time.
The weeks in between looked like this.
Jam's wifi was not good.
July 4th, the seventh time. We stayed until it got dark.

Why Bangkok
The wedding is in Ladprao, near Jam’s family
It’s a residential corner of Bangkok, ten minutes from Chatuchak market and a world away from the tourist trail. Many of you are traveling a long way to be with us, and we don’t take that lightly.
So we gathered everything you’ll need in one place: which airport to choose, how taxis work, what to wear, and where to eat.
We hope you can join us
